These terms and conditions are established to regulate relationships between students, parents/guardians, teachers, and administrators. They ensure alignment with the academy’s educational objectives, administrative framework, respect for teachers, website policies, and compliance with national laws. Adherence to these terms is mandatory for all registered students and relevant parties.

2. Admission and Registration
Admission Process:
– Applications for admission must be submitted via the online form on the academy’s website.

– Admission fees are non-refundable unless the academy cancels the admission.

Registration Conditions:

– The academy’s administrators, teachers, and staff explicitly declare they are unaware of students’ personal actions, thoughts, or activities beyond what is provided in the admission form, which they do not verify. Their engagement with students is limited to online education of prescribed textbooks and subjects, based solely on student requests.

3. Academic Responsibilities
Curriculum Completion:
– Students are expected to complete the religious and contemporary curriculum with utmost seriousness.
– A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for each course. Unsatisfactory attendance may result in course expulsion.

Examinations and Assessments:
– All exams, assignments, and projects must be submitted on time. Late submissions may result in mark deductions or failure.
– Cheating, plagiarism, or unethical practices will lead to immediate suspension or expulsion.

Educational Materials:
– All materials provided by the academy (videos, notes, digital books, lectures) are for personal educational use only.
– Copying, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of these materials is prohibited and may lead to legal action under national copyright laws.

4. Ethical, Islamic, and Legal Code of Conduct
Ethical Behavior:
– Students must adhere to Islamic values, professional etiquette, and social decorum.
– Any form of misconduct, rudeness, or inappropriate activity (e.g., offensive language, harassment, or disputes) is strictly prohibited.

Respect for National Laws:
– Students are required to strictly comply with all national laws, both on and off the academy’s platform.
– Activities such as breaking the law, anti-social behavior, or actions that disrupt social harmony (e.g., hate speech, incitement to violence, promotion of illegal content, or social unrest) are strictly forbidden.

Online Interaction:
– Students are expected to maintain professional and ethical behavior in online classes, forums, or chat rooms.
– Inappropriate comments, provocative content, or irrelevant activities will not be permitted.

5. Protection and Authority of Administrators and Teachers
Respect for Teachers:
– Students must fully respect teachers and administrators. Misconduct, disobedience, or unprofessional behavior may result in disciplinary action, ranging from temporary suspension to permanent expulsion.

Administrators’ Authority:
– The academy’s director and administrators have full authority to review and decide on students’ academic, administrative, ethical, and legal performance.
– They may request clarification from students or take appropriate action at any time.

Complaint Resolution:
– Complaints must be submitted in writing via the academy’s complaint portal or email and will be resolved confidentially.
– Students are not permitted to take retaliatory or unauthorized actions. They will be responsible for the consequences of such actions.

6. Rules for Website and Digital Platform Usage
Access and Account Security:
– Access to the website and online platform is restricted to registered students, teachers, and staff. Sharing usernames or passwords unauthorizedly will result in account suspension.
– Students are responsible for securing their accounts and must immediately report any unauthorized access to the academy.

Content Protection:
– Recording live classes is strictly prohibited.
– All content on the website (curriculum, lectures, exams, videos) is the academy’s property. Copying, selling, or illegally distributing it is prohibited and punishable under national copyright laws.

Data Protection:

However, in the current technological era, some factors are beyond control, and the academy and its administrators are not liable for unauthorized data access.

Technical Requirements:
– Students are responsible for their devices (computer, laptop, or tablet), internet connection, and other technical needs.
– The academy is not responsible for delays or failure to complete a course due to technical issues with students’ systems.

Website Usage Code:
